All students in grades 6-12 are invited to a free showing of the new movie, “Ready Player One,” Friday, April 13, at the Sierra Community Theatre in Jefferson.
Students must pre-register at their local library to get the free admission. With their free admission students will also receive a free bag of popcorn or a coupon for $2 off at the snack bar.
The movie is based on the book by Ernest Cline. Students are encouraged to check out copies of the book at their library.
The movie will begin promptly at 4 pm. Movie-goers are encouraged to arrive early to get snacks and see the previews. “Ready Player One” is rated PG-13.
Parents and siblings are welcome to attend the movie with paid admission.
Free admission for the first 200 students in grades 6-12 is sponsored by the public libraries in Greene County and the Greene County board of supervisors.
